I stayed in a single room that was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We shared a restroom and a separate bathtub. The room is located on the third floor of a typical Florence building, and there is an elevator. The host, Alex, is very helpful and assists with anything you may need, such as directions. He also offers coffee and prepares a nice breakfast based on your preferences. The location is convenient, close to the Florence buses and trams. The Duomo Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is visible from the neighborhood, making it accessible on foot. Once you reach the Duomo, other attractions, like the San Lorenzo market (great for buying leather items like gloves) and the Medici Chapel by the Sagrestia di San Lorenzo, designed by Brunelleschi, are just a short walk away.

We have to be careful of the surroundings, and we have to buy tickets to every place we want to visit, like the churches. You have to buy a ticket because they are museums. I found one for Mass that was very wonderful, and we were about three people attending Mass

The location was great! I needed to be at the Fortezza da Basso, so that was a 5 minute walk. The room was spacious, came with a balcony. At the reception, a Buddha statue greeted me, and there was an Asian touch to the entire place. I joined for breakfast; the owner prepared it for me, and it was fresh and more than sufficient, including coffee, toast, an egg - just what you need to get started.

The common shower is a bit tight. It works perfectly but don't expect a ballroom.

the shower is inside a small kind of closet, it was very difficult to get changed and take the shower inside the small room (a bit too small for me).

The breakfast that was supplied was lovely. I like that i could access my own TV apps on their TV. The place was kept clean. Even though the passages were dark, the mood lights were nice.

The shower is far too cramped and lacks privacy. The toilets also lacks privacy. There was no washing machine as advertised. The pillows were not comfortable The misquitoes kept us up all night, so we did not sleep too well For apple phone users, we were unable to connect to the wifi because my iphone security identified it as having weak security.
