De ligging. Er werd snel door de host gereageerd, heel fijn.
De liften waren een ramp. We wilde naar de begane grond ging niet. Moest je weer hele verdieping omhoog (lees: heel de trappenhal en lift worden NIET geventileerd, voelde echt verstikkend in die hitte.) laatste dag kwamen we erachter dat er nog een lift was en die ging dan wel naar begane grond.. Hadden we graag eerder willen weten. Ook werden alle nooddeuren opengehouden bij trappenhal zodat alsnog vreemde mensen op je etage kunnen komen. Ook vind ik dat de ambiance anders werd gepresenteerd op de foto’s dan dat het in werkelijkheid was. Bedden ontzettend hard, allebei met nek/rugpijn vertrokken. Kinderen vonden het ook niet fijn in het appartement, best lange donkere gang en kamers in ook lang en donker..
