Great location, good value for the price paid.
The villa was not that old but the cheap construction materials were showing their limits, so I'd say the location is not for the most pretentious.

The owner was very friendly, location was perfect. We were staying at Aiya Napa for 3 nights and it was the best decision to book this villa for our trip.

Host was very welcoming person. Location is great. 10 min walk to famous Nissi beach , supermarkets and restaurants. villa was clean. Pool was perfect.
there was no household items ; dish washing jelly, powder for washing machine, there were no soap boxes and they were put on sink , its too uncomfortable . after shower , there was water in whole bathrooms, and There was only one floor cleaning stick.
When you stay at villa for one week and pay not too cheape for it, minimum household items would be there and you do not need to worry about supplies when you arrive.
