Good location, in between Nissi beach and Ayia Napa strip. Good pool, balconies and outdoor area. Air con was good in all rooms. Could’ve been a little cleaner in some areas, but this wasn’t a big issue. Good for a group of friends.

Quite thin walls so can hear everything wherever you are in the property.

We rented 2 villas between 11 of us, the 2 villas were opposite each other. The pool area was the highlight - amazing, very clean, plenty of chairs, a bbq, and nice sized pool. The interior was modern with great air con units. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking, a big fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Beds were nice and comfy with plenty of space - hairdryer and iron were included. The villas were a 10 minute walk from a stretch of restaurants, bars and shops.. and a 15 min walk to the beautiful nissi beach. It was about 30 min walk to Ayia Napa but taxis were really cheap and easy (used Bolt). The villas were in a nice quiet area. Easy check in with lockbox. Absolutely loved it!

Only one key per villa (with fob for electricity attached) - having only one key in a group meant we had to pre-plan ahead of time if people were coming back earlier than others. There is a lockbox which did help a bit.
