Paolo's availability before our arrival and during our stay. He answered questions, gave tips on what to visit in Naples, and what means of transportation. He always responded quickly to our messages. The cleaning team was also very welcoming.
Breakfast fell short of expectations, little choice, (milk, juice, yogurt, toast, crackers, butter, jam, nutella). Not served on site, food was delivered when we arrived for all the days we were there).

Due to unpredictable circonstances we were not hosted in the planned appartment but thanks to Paolo, everything went perfectly well. On top of awesome housing, Paolo gave us the best advice for food and sightseeing.

Location was excellent and the roof terrace was very nice.
There was a lot of stairs. This does not normally bother me but it was the 5th floor and there are 2 sets of stairs per floor. A lot of people would not manage this. The beds in the apartment were both sofa beds, not very comfortable for 6 nights. We stayed for 6 nights and never saw a housekeeper once.
