About this house rental
Villa house with 1500 meters of plot, pool, gardens and private tennis court. The property is located 5 km from Granada, in a very quiet and beautiful residential development, right on the edge of the Sierra Nevada National Park. Monachil is a very pretty town, which offers many possibilities for leisure, hiking, skiing, and much more. If travelers wish to go to the beach in about 40 minutes, they will arrive in Salobreña. The ski slopes are half an hour away by car. Our house has a large living room with fireplace, another living room with pool table, kitchen-dining room with views of the garden, two bathrooms, a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each, we also have a sofa bed of two seats.

Enjoyed a week in this lovely Monachil villa despite the weather being tortuously hot! Marchello was very friendly and helpful to us and we hope to go back for another stay before long.

Fantastic villa with spectacular views over Granada. Greeted by owner, Marcelo, who lives next door, showed us around the spacious property, and left us a welcome gift of wine and ham. Weather in February was cold but sunny as we came to ski in Sierra Nevada. Superb tennis court a real bonus! Day trips to the Alhambra and Costa Tropical also easy drive.

"A large and comfortable house for a family of six, in a cooler area than Granada. Good place to stay for those who want to visit the city (5 min by car). Great pool. TV channels almost exclusively spanish. Wi-fi doesn't work in all divisions of the house. Friendly welcome by the owners."

"We have just returned home after a fantastic week at this lovely villa. The accommodation was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. There is a wonderful view of Granada from one of the balconies, views of mountains from the other. Outside, the garden contains a lovely pool and even has it's own, full-size tennis court.
Our host Marcelo was very helpful answering my queries by email before we arrived, and while there, he contacted a friend and helped to make arrangments for us to visit a Flamenco show.
I would highly recommend this villa; we will definitley be returning."
