This excellent four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located in the heart of Granada, offering the perfect combination of comfort and an ideal location for those looking to explore the city.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright living room furnished with two large sofas and a dining area. The wide windows provide views of Fuente de las Batallas, Acera del Darro street, and the majestic Sierra Nevada, creating a perfect spot to relax after a busy day or to share moments with friends and family.
The apartment includes four bedrooms, all designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom features a 180x200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom, providing a private and peaceful space. The other two bedrooms also have 180x200 cm double beds, and the fourth bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x200 cm), making it perfect for families or groups. The bathrooms, both with showers, are prepared to offer moments of relaxation at the end of the day.
Located in one of the best areas of Granada, the apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral and the historic area, while the surrounding area is full of shops, bars, and restaurants, offering a complete experience of local life in Granada.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

We really enjoyed the apartment! It was perfect for our large family traveling with adult children and our younger children are 9 and 13. We love that it had air conditioning and a large living area. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance which we loved!

Great location to downtown restaurants and shops that you can walk to. The apartment is also very spacious when traveling with a large group. However, there were several things that were broken, like the coffee maker, toilet seat, and the stove would not work. Also, there was no soap in either bathroom to wash your hands. Overall, this place was good for the location and what we paid, but it needs some updates.
