    I recommend the location, felt like it was right in the middle of granada central and reachable distance to Alhambra Generalife. The room was a bit outdated, needs a bit of tender love and care: new carpeting, better bathroom lights, new paint job of the room or wallpaper to avoid having wheel stains from bags, there was a japanese toilet but Im not sure if it worked, the breakfast was standard. Other than that, the beds were clean, the front desk were available when needed and were friendly.

    You can walk to the Alhambra by foot. Churches, museums, supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The shower needs some shelves for toiletries, though. Overall, the experience was superb.

    Disappointing Service – Impossible to Reach Trying to contact the hotel before my arrival was impossible—they don’t answer emails or pick up the phone. When I arrived, I mentioned that I had called repeatedly due to an issue. I verified the contact details, and they were correct, meaning they simply ignored my attempts. The staff is polite but completely ineffective and unable to solve anything. The rooms are terrible—no air circulation, awful service, and nothing like the photos (which were clearly taken by a professional to mislead guests). The value for money is horrible, and the location does not make up for all the other flaws. This is nowhere near the standard of a 4-star hotel—not even a 3-star one. The hotel keeps changing the name, probably because reviews are terrible and need to rebrand
