This is a 220 m² apartment distributed across a spacious living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, as well as a large terrace of over 40 m². All spaces feature large, contemporary-designed windows that provide abundant natural light and allow enjoyment of exceptional views of the Alhambra (from some rooms) and the Sierra Nevada.

Upon entering the property, an elegant hallway distributes the different spaces. To the left, there is a spectacular terrace of over 40 m², featuring a spacious dining area with a table for eight guests under a large parasol, followed by a relaxation area with hammocks and a cozy lounge space with a sofa, armchairs, and coffee table. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Sierra Nevada and the entire city.

To the right, there is a beautifully designed bedroom with a custom-built wardrobe, a chaise lounge chair, and elegant décor featuring textured geometric wallpaper in taupe tones. It offers two joined 90x200 beds and large windows that provide abundant natural light. Next, there are two full bathrooms, both with windows, walk-in showers, and glass screens.

Further along, the master bedroom features a wardrobe, chaise lounge chair, and refined décor in soft tones with decorative moldings. It includes two joined 90x200 beds, a large window, and an en-suite bathroom. Opposite, there is another contemporary-style bedroom with an open wardrobe, chaise lounge chair, and tasteful décor in green tones, complemented by microcement-effect bedside tables and gold wall lights. It also features two joined 90x200 beds and a large window.

At the end of the hallway, an elegant living room opens up with two large windows offering direct views of the Alhambra. This space includes a spacious sofa, two designer armchairs, and a Smart TV. The dining area, centered around a walnut table for eight guests, is completed with upholstered chairs and a designer crystal and metal lighting fixture. It seamlessly connects with a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

To the right of the living room is the final bedroom, featuring a double bed (150x200), textured wallpaper, two bedside tables with lamps, a chaise lounge chair, an open designer wardrobe, and a large window with privileged views of the Alhambra.

Located on a quiet pedestrian street, the apartment allows guests to reach the city’s main attractions on foot. The Catedral de Granada is only 500 meters away. The surrounding area offers a wide selection of shops, bars, and restaurants.
