Location!
It Was not a luxurious place- functional. Rain shower in room had no water pressure to wash hair!

The Room overall was spacious and had ample kitchen facilities with fridge. Beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of clean towels and the bedding was spotless.
Situated in the old town and easy to get around from.
The view from the room was a tatty old building, but due to where the hotel is situated you would not expect much more, and it did not bother me.
The mezzanine floor was not as I might of expected and I found the stairs rather steep with a twist on them, so would not recommend this if you feel unsteady on your feet. I had asked to change room but there was no availability.
Providing a tea towel and dishwasher cloth would of been helpful from day one.
The water in the bathroom was quite hard to control temperature was quite hot.
Lighting in the room could be improved but not that bad.

The room layout and modern decor were welcomed
Despite good internal decor, windows were not double glazed and the hotel is on a busy laneway, so sleep was difficult up until about 4am
