Villa Mariellie is a wonderful place to spend your vacation at. Location is perfect-and the main plus is the direct access to almost private sandy beach in just 200 meters. At the same time the villa is close to road and only 5 km from Nea Peramos where you can buy what you need (food, etc.) or visit tavernas if you want. The villa itself has very cosy atmosphere created by Katerina. It has plenty of space - two fully equipped kitchens with everything you need and a large living room,Has also two bathrooms and three toilets. We liked very much the veranda and the perfectly maintained green yard where we spent the evenings. We hope to return again.

perfect vacation for the whole family

We have been traveling and renting villas since many years but this has to be one of the best choices we have ever made. The villa is just perfect with its three separate and completely independent floors so everyone is having their privacy and can at the same time enjoy being together. Very big and well maintained yard with a little private 2 minutes walk way to a semi private sandy beach with sun beds and umbrellas just for the guests of the villa. What else can you need? Special thanks to the lovely host Katerina and her husband who were taking care of us and helping us with everything we needed. One of the best and most caring hosts we have ever had. We will see you soon! Ευχαριστώ πολύ ❤️

The most amazing vacation!

The villa is fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised how clean and nicely decorated the house was. Katerina is the nicest and kindest host I've ever met. She has left hundreds of spare bed linen and towels in the wardrobes :). I found some colorful bed sheets and my kids were very happy to sleep in their room. The yard - all plants and bushes are well kept and regularly trimmed. There is more than enough space for children to run and play around. All gates are locked and it is absolutely safe. There is a CD player outside with floor stand speakers (very well hidden among the bushes). The beach - it takes less than 2 minutes to reach a small and quiet beach where you can find 2 large umbrellas and 5 sun beds. They can be used only by the guests of the villa. The beach has a sandy area and a rocky part. If you are into snorkeling it is a very good place for swimming and exploring the shores and sea life. Nea Peramos is the closest village and there you can go for a walk in the evening or have some dinner (do not miss to try fresh fagri fish). Although the house has mosquito nets, make sure to bring mosquito repellents since there are lot of mosquitoes in the area. Long story short - this was the best place I've ever booked! Thank you, Katerina, for the lovely house! My family and I did not want to leave villa Mariellie!

Great villa for 2 families with kids, isolated from the crowds but still very close to the best beac

Great villa for 2 families with kids, isolated from the crowds but still very close to the best beaches ( by car) and taverns in the region. For beaches around, try Blue ( for families) and Peponi ( for couples). The villa was more than fully equiped with two kitchens, two bathrooms and three toilets which fitted our needs perfectly ( though the second bathroom is the smaller side) The yard was spacious with enough diversity to keep the kids busy. I can see how this could be a great party villa for four couples as well; the sound effects in the garden and the lightning create the right atmosphere for a party ( which we did not get to really enjoy due to being with our kids...). Though not expected, we were met by a bottle of wine, a bowl of fruit, some refreshments in the fridge and enough assortment for our first morning breakfast. The hostess was great, made herself available and was freely communicating in both English and German. The free parking also included covered garage for two cars; and this makes a difference under the hot Greek sun! We are absolutely intending to go back again next year.

A couple of minor points only: - The mosqitoes nets could have been better/ easier to open and close - As the villa allows for more than one family to stay over, it would be good to have a second set of keys
