We liked the cleanliness, comfortable beds, cute bathroom, and amazing value of this hotel. It was fairly easy to reach from the Haneda airport, and has a lot of restaurants nearby.
Breakfast is almost nonexistent, but we knew about this in advance from the description and weren’t expecting anything due to the incredibly low price we were paying. The staff doesn’t speak English and is not very competent at their jobs.

I think this is really solid 7.5. Clean room. Desk, big bed.

Kamata itself is a cool region with already lots of eating places around and some shops etc, but not so lively as city center which I like.
Bathroom was with shower so felt bigger than the room with a bath.
Close to Haneda airport.
The pillows were super uncomfortable and we tried using towels and stuff instead.
There's no air in the rooms but the air conditioner is over bed so we got sick after turning it on.
Very very loud, trash pickup starts around 6am and it feels like they are in the room with you since its so loud. So couldn't really sleep those 3 nights.
