Complimentary snacks and drinks in lobby (Sake, beer, coffee etc ). English-speaking staff.
The lights in the room. Though creating a nice ambiance, it’s too dim everywhere that it’s impossible to put on makeup. Breakfast is simple & the same everyday (2 onigiri and miso soup). Room is a bit dusty.

Nothing really. Well, if you wanted natural light floodlit-rooms with big windows you would be out of luck.
