Atención y comodidad.
Limpieza. Las alfombras de la casa huelen mucho a humedo y están sucias, la verde lima de la habitación es marrón ahora.

La facilidad de aparcar (en julio) y que el apartamento es amplio. También la atención de Itxaso, muy rápida y comunicación fluida
El apartamento estaba limpio pero hay cosas que mejorar porque están viejas y desgastadas.

La posizione dell'appartamento in un quartiere tranquillo, il gestore rapido nel dialogare su whatsapp, la pulizia delle stanze, la relativa vicinanza della stazione metrò (600m), il parcheggio gratuito nei pressi dell'abitazione.
Gli scarichi del bagno in camera; il tipo di tende che, a mio personale parere, danno un'idea di non pulizia e infine il mio set di asciugamani bianchi aveva delle macchie gialle molto antiestetiche.

I travelled with a friend and we had plenty of space for each and separate rooms as the apartment is rather large which we really enjoyed. Itxaso is one of the friendliest hosts I've ever met. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable and I would definitely recommend her place to other travellers. Besides that Getxo itself is a lovely area with beautiful views of the ocean, chilled vibe, plenty of food options and easy and fast commute to Bilbao itself.
We missed coffee and oil in the kitchen to help us prepare breakfast at home, however I understand that it's a very specific wish on top of the normal travellers' expectations.
