The location is great as it right next to a subway station. There are also some coffee shops near for breakfast. The room was big enough and the kitchen had everything needed.
We were there for 4 days and nobody cleaned the room or changed the towels. We had to ask for toilet paper. Also there is no coffee at the hotel except from a vending mashine.

El lugar esta ok! El departamento es muy comodo para dos personas y esta muy cerca del metro lo cual es comodo para ir a bilbao. Tiene un parking 24hs no tan lejos (parking juzgados) que sale la mitad que su propio parking
La recepcionista que estaba el jueves entre las 22 y 23 fue muy hostil y no nos dio buenas indicaciones para estacionar ni información a nuestra llegada. El parking del lugar muy caro y no esta abierto 24hs. en la zona no hay mucho (pero se llega a bilbao rapido). La limpieza se puede mejorar

Estaba cerca del metro y era cómodo
Difícil el aparcamiento, no te avisan ni te dan soluciones para pagar lo menos posible en zona azul, ya que todo alrededor es zona azul excepto un centro comercial que está a 20 minutos caminando. El bar no funcionaba y había zonas en obras.
