Excellent service, very friendly and accommodating house manager, and extremely well organised house

I was quite impressed with the warm welcome and the excellent state of our apartment. My family was rather impressed too. We liked the fact that everything was in order, everything was checked, extremely clean, towels fresh and the property matched the description on this platform. We loved the garden and the lovely house manager! She was excellent! Thank you for providing us with the super comfortable stay!

There was nothing we did not like. Everything was really, really great for us.

The host charged us tripple the amount that was agreed. The room we were given was supposedly an upgrade but they gave us the worst room in the hotel that 4 people could stay in. The room was dangerous for the child. It was not clean. The shower either too hot or too cold. We are fairly sure that some of our belongings were stolen by the host.

Odalar akılalmaz derecede kirliydi. Banyoda duşun içinde saç kılları vardı, klozetin kenarında böcekler vardı ve yerler son derece kirliydi. Klimayı açtığımızda içinden birşeyler dökülmeye başladı. Hayatımda hiç bu kadar kötü bir konaklama deneyimine sahip olmamıştım. Zaten tesise girer girmez çıkmayı talep ettik, sadece 2 saat orada kalmaya dayanabildik. Orada konaklamak istemediğimizi söylediğimizde tesis sahibi bize inanılmaz kaba davrandı. Biz onları mağdur etmemek için gereken her şeyi yapmamıza rağmen, davranışları son derece kötüydü. Buna rağmen ev sahibine ödeme yaptık ve oradan ayrıldık. Tesisin bulunduğu alan güvenli değildi, etrafta çok böcek vardı. Hiç göründüğü gibi değil, asla tavsiye etmiyorum.
