The perfect location for complete family holiday vacation trip.
Max 0.40 km away from the silent,Calm Morjim Beach.
Very good comfortable and most important neat and clean rooms, Excellent service, Most helping staff especially the hotel manager Kajal and Team ready to help you 24x7.
Food is very good with warm and healthy breakfast.
The Small and lavish Bar at the entry is eye catching they serves all kind of hard drinks and beers.
Swimming pool is good but it’s small in size but it don’t require as you are very close to Beach.

The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made us feel right at home. The property is also very kid-friendly — the pool area, open garden spaces, and overall ambiance made it perfect for our little one to enjoy safely and freely.
There wasn’t much to complain about. If I had to point out something, the breakfast spread could have had a few more options, but overall it was satisfactory.

If you want early morning tea then it's not available.. they accept orders after 8.30 AM.. till 10.30 pm.. my room's AC was not working properly.. coffee machine also not working... If you want to explore goa then don't go for this.. because all goa attractions are far away from this resort. If you to just relax with family then go for it.
