Fabulous detached villa, modern, bright, clean, located 10 minutes walk down an avenue with palm trees of the beach of Benalmádena (900 meters from the sea). 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet, terrace, porch, solarium with beautiful views. Equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher), living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace overlooking the pool. ALL ROOMS WITH CONDITIONED AIR. WIFI. Cot available, high chair for baby on request. Sauna Hammam -all a LUXURY. Garden that surrounds the house, ideal to rest and for children to play, shower and a nice private pool (maintenance of garden and pool 2 times a week INCLUDED in the price) Area of great prestige, well connected, comfortable (Torrequebrada, Benalmádena).
