Le confort, l'emplacement et la propreté.
On a trouver des cafard dans la cuisine et on a subit des vols de la part des voisins

Logement très propre et très bien équipé. Petits échantillons dans la salle de bain, serviettes, nécessaire pour la cuisine, condiments, … tout y est ! La personne qui gère le logement est vraiment très disponible en cas de besoin et très réactive. L’arrivée autonome est très simple et pratique
Un peu loin du centre mais ce n’est pas vraiment un moins, en un bon quart d’heure de marche, on est dans la vielle ville. La climatisation était très bruyante quand nous y étions (ça a même gêné les voisins pendant la nuit…) mais la personne qui gère le logement est intervenu immédiatement pour faire passer quelqu’un pour régler le soucis. Malheureusement, ça n’a pas fonctionné et la clim a continué à faire beaucoup de bruit (surtout la nuit). Donc 10/10 pour la réactivité mais un peu moins pour les nuits raccourcies par le bruit ou la chaleur quand nous étions obligés d’éteindre (la température monte très vite sans la clim). L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas.

Lovely apartment. Washing machine and all amenities were great!
Location is quite a walk but Ubers are cheap. Couldn’t work out the tv but didn’t have a lot of time in the room anyway

A tiny apartment perfect for a couple! Clean, with all the necessary items. The nearest beach and the center of Split are about 15-20 minutes on foot. The host was very nice and hassle-free. We couldn't have found a better place! We recommend it to everyone ❤️
