Mint Apartment

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Besonders angenehm ist die Fußbodenheizung, die im Winter für wohlige Wärme sorgt. Das Bad ist modern gestaltet und verfügt über eine große Dusche. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Obergeschoss, allerdings ohne Aufzug. Bis Altstadt oder Strand ca.20 Min zu Fuß

Die Parkplatzsuche ist leider schwierig. Zwar sind die Parkplätze kostenlos, jedoch gibt es nur wenige freie Stellplätze. Oft lässt man das Auto lieber stehen und geht zu Fuß in die Altstadt, da man sonst riskieren muss, keinen Parkplatz mehr zu finden oder warten zu müssen, bis ein Platz frei wird.Es ist über all in Split so , kaum Parkplätze oder Tiefgaragen.

One of the best apartments we've ever visited (and we've been to many); 4. Very comfortable; 5. Really well-located, close to many beaches and about 1km to the center. A small observation (not exactly a bad thing): It's not very suitable for people with mobility issues, as there's no elevator and the apartment is on the fourth floor. For us, it wasn't a problem at all, but it's worth keeping this in mind for travelers with mobility issues.

Very modern and clean

I stayed at the Mint Apartment in Split, Croatia for 4 days and I was very impressed. The apartment has everything you need for living and cooking, from a comfortable queen size bed, another single bed and sofa to a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new bathroom. I didn't hear any noise from the neighbors at all. The first thing we did was have a shower and put some dirty washing in the front loading washing machine. The location is also very convenient; only a 10-minute walk to the center of Split. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The apartment itself is very modern and stylish, as it has been recently renovated with high-quality materials and furniture. The design is tasteful with a lot of natural light and green plants. The wifi is also really fast, which was perfect for me as I had to work do a lot of booking flights etc. during my stay. I highly recommend the Mint Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Split. I had such a good sleep in the big bed. And Mia, the owner, is just lovely. She'll want you to feel at home, relax and enjoy Split.
