About this apartment rental
Modern, completely renovated apartment in a well-kept, gated community with community pool.
Central location in Playa de Las Américas, still quiet, because the apartment "Vista Flor" is beautifully embedded in the private community, only about 350 m from the beach promenade.
The spacious holiday property includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one floor, for 6 people.
ATTENTION:
The extra apartment is only available from the 7th person in the lower area at an additional cost of € 25.00 per person / night.
There is a 4th bedroom with a bed 160 x 200, shower room and a small kitchenette is integrated in the living room.
This must be booked separately for an additional charge if you want to use it also for only 4-6 guests.

The bright and open living room with modern kitchenette, dining area and comfortable sofa corner offers plenty of space.
The very large terrace, partly covered, furnished with a dining table and four sun loungers promises a wonderful time outdoors. From here you look over the residential complex to the Atlantic.
Parking is located directly on the property in the closed private complex.
The apartment can be reached without stairs.
The communal pool is not heated.

This villa is beautiful has everything you need for a stress free stay x comes equips with everything you would need throughout you holiday x cannot fault the villa in anyway - would definitely recommend this to anyone for a relaxing holiday - clean and within walking distance to beach shops and bars/restaurants - I can say we were over the moon and have no negative views on the villa or the owner & thank you to Jacky who tried her best to help us with anything we needed as we stayed with a member in a wheelchair and she made our stay stress free xx Thank you to you all xx

This is a brilliant property. Plenty of room for 7 of us, close to everything but not noisy. We will be back!

All interaction with our host was informative, timeous and courteous. We were met at the apartment and given a show round of the apartment and pool. The apartment was very clean inside and out and had all the necessary equipment to feel at home. Well equipped kitchen and we weren’t missing anything throughout the stay. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms had plenty of storage. If you are the sort of person that needs your phone at your bedside, be aware there are no electrical plugs in the master bedroom. Overall, the apartment gave us the stay we really wanted and would happily return.

Just back from an amazing week in this stunning apartment- the location is perfect close to the beach shops and restaurants- will definitely stay here again!
