Unit is not an apart is a studio. Unit does not have a bed and sofa bed, just one bed. Unit does not have a separate room for sleeping. Unit does not have air conditioning.

Excellent apartment for family. Very close to beach, and amenities. And very quiet area.
The location; close to the sea is great for the children. Not far from nice restaurants at the Golfe Juan marina. It is a nice walk along the water to Juan-Le-Pin to access the nightlife there. Buses run directly from in front of the apartment, local for Antibes, and the express bus for Nice and Cannes. The large SuperU supermarket is only 5 minutes walk. The apartment was super! It is a home to live in, with all the amenities required when on holiday with a family. The rooms had air-con, which was very much required during the summer heatwave. There is smart television for access to Netflix and Prime for the children. There is a very nice outdoor balcony with dining table and BBQ. And beautiful little garden, you can eat the tomatoes :) Unfortunately it was just too hot for us to sit outside. I could not recommend this apartment more to other people, very comfortable, and very nice place to spend a holiday in Golfe Juan. Merci Beaucoup!
