The hotel grounds are truly beautiful and wonderful to explore. The pool would be a great place to relax after a heavy day of hiking.
The location is not convenient if you want to do the main PR hikes.

Fabulous hotel in a quiet location up in the mountains. Friendly staff. Great gardens. Amazing food!! Breakfast and dinner were great.
The Henrys bar could have more choice.

The ecofriendliness of the property. Some of the staff were very friendly. The gardens were beautiful
The breakfast was reported to be excellent whereas I would find it standard to poor for most hotels. The room service options were severely limited. Some of the staff had poor customer skills. I don't understand how the property is 5 stars
