Large apartment, furnished and well equipped, located in the heart of Las Americas, near the beach and all amenities, community pool.
It has access for the disabled, no stairs; It has two entrances: one on the street Victor Zurita Soler where there is always public parking free and the other by the Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina that brings you to Hard Rock Cafe, Papagayo or the Golden Mile where there is the most famous shopping centers of the island : CC Safari, C.Oasis.

The Paraiso complex more than met with our expectations and the heated pool area was excellent with a food bar area that offered a varied quality menu - at very affordable prices.The apartment itself delivered on its promise with an extra large balcony/sun terrace. The communication and updates from both Darius and Greta was first class with Greta meeting us on arrival and showing us around. I requested a late checkout and the 'yes' from Darius and Greta was immediate.Perfect Location, Great ApartmentKevin & Caroline
