About this apartment rental

All amenities and excellent affordable dining are within close proximity to the complex. Car hire and car parking, taxi rank, doctors, pharmacy, banks and cash points, restaurants, designer shops and shopping malls. All are within very close proximity and level walking. Las Americas has a variety of bars and entertainment to suit all tastes. The complex is situated in an excellent, up-market location within Las Americas and is suitable for the most discerning of holiday maker.

The apartment is located on the 9th floor, two elevators available. Despite it's central location it's quiet at night. The place is newly renovated and the bathroom has a great walk in shower. Right across the street are several supermarkets where you can get everything you need. Free parking spaces are around but you have to search. Parking on the property is not possible. It was a great stay and Mr. Manuel was very friendly. We will definitely come again. Thank you!

Superb apartment, which was extremely clean. Located on 9th floor with service elevators. Private pool with bar and free sun beds which were excellent and contributed to an extremely relaxing holiday.
