As advertised, no breakfast provided, but host did provide AM coffee upon request. Room was clean and updated. Villa was remotely located upon a hillside overlooking Sorrento, away from the hustle-bustle in town. Spacious grounds nestled among a grove of lemon trees. Nice casual family-owned restaurant just down the hill.
Parking gate access was a little inconvenient at first. Language barrier was evident, but we managed.

We enjoyed our stay! They had a really big garden with such a beautiful view, we could even see Naples from up there. We had a balcony which also had a pretty view. The hosts are also very nice!! They pick us up from the port and now dropped us off back there, we could’ve easily got there ourselves with the bus but they insisted, very nice :) thank youu!!!

A very beautiful property, lots of good spots to take pictures and a beautiful sunset view. The hosts are INCREDIBLY kind and cleaned our room for us and always made sure we were good, they also let us leave with some oranges and lemons from their trees.
The location is incredibly inconvenient. It is on top of the mountain in a private area so taxis will only take you so far, and then you must walk up the rest of the way. A taxi from city centre is 40 euro to get up to the mountain. You must walk to get anywhere, up and down the mountain, unless you want an expensive taxi and still walk. The beds were not very comfortable. Cell service and WiFi is also not great.
