We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ostrava. From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and comfortable. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the location was very easy to find with convenient free parking available. The room was spacious, very warm, and incredibly quiet, which made for a perfect night’s rest. The bed was extremely comfortable, and having a big room with a smart TV was a great bonus. The area around the hotel is peaceful, with a lovely walking park nearby that’s perfect for a relaxing stroll. A special thanks to the receptionist, Lucy — she was very kind, understanding, and spoke excellent English, which made us feel truly welcome. Her friendliness really added to the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great comfort, calm surroundings, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ostrava.

Really great food and fantastic for kids. Such an easy and pleasant stay. Breakfast was amazing and the facilities are simple but really good quality

Comfy bed, parking, restaurant, calm place. In case the carpets are renewed or replaced by quality lino/PVC I do not have any issue.

Terrible carpets full of mud are ruining the whole experience!!! Either clean it up properly or remove them. It is disgusting.
