I liked the entry system, safe and easy.
The hotel was clean and neat, simple but very good.
The shower water is hot, there is AC, the window view is nice.

Comfort room, it´s extra convenient for a familiy that prefers comfort and preparing meal themselves. this part of Ostrava is cool, the route to old city is very convenient by car. Penzion Start Ostrava is excellent.

I love the way you don't have to communicate with anybody, everything from checkin to checkout you can make online. The room was clean, bed comfortable, place very good near Plzenka restaurant with great czech beer.
The walls are like paper you can hear everything, fortunately we came late in the night so everybody was sleeping. We wanted and expected double bed but got twin bed which was not that big problem but anyway. We found one bath soap half used probably by previous guests.
