Fairytale hideaway

Wonderful, architecturally interesting hideaway, great pool, nearby beach is great. Local cat came to say hi. Good terraces, lots of space, refined touches.

Quite isolated - though for us that was a charm - you really need a car. I'd go for a shower attachment, water pressure is great but you have to hold the shower head.

A wonderful haven!

Beautifully designed, in keeping with the local environment. Loved the olive trees surrounding the place. Really comfortable and fantastic aircon. Nikos very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyable holiday for our first time in Crete. We had a week of busyness exploring the cities and sites in the North, followed by relaxing at Litiniana villas. Was great and special thanks to Nikos who made us feel that we got to know the place a bit, as guests rather than tourists.

Liked everything and this is only a small thing, but we were a bit disappointed there was no shower only a bath with a shower head. Would be easy to provide fixture for wall.

Well, this is exactly the home we'd like to live in. A big living room/kitchen with sofa in front of a fireplace, then bedrooms upstairs. Embedded in a quiet countryside, surrounded by peace and ulive trees. There is also a pool, but when you are in front of Triopetra seawaters there is no match, so we neglected the pool... There are wild cats too, it is obvious, so if you love them this is your definitive stay. It should be a beautiful place in fall and winter and spring too, I think you would enjoy the warm climate of South Crete... We wish to thank our host, kind and available! Some suggestions: add a hook to hold the shower head, maybe lower the maximum temperature of hot water because it is really hot and could be dangerous and add some extra mosquito loose curtains on doors (windows already have a mosquito net!) - mosquitoes are the back side of countryside :-) Another advice: from Booking.com site is not clear whether bed sheets are provided or not - they definitively are, and of great quality too!

A little paradise

Beautifully renovated properties with stunning views and warm and friendly host, Nikos. The house was perfectly clean and pool is an added bonus and we loved the peace and quiet. We hope to come back and perhaps reserve all 3 houses for the family.

Very quiet location with a beautiful view. The property was very clean and well-kept with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic, surrounded by lovely olive and carob trees. The owner is exceptionally friendly and helpful! We would be very happy to come and stay again :)

Beautiful and very peaceful Place With beautiful view of the hills and sea. Nikos left us amazing homemade honey, olive oil and Raki. The road to the Villas is paved all the way and it is easy and safe to reach. Very clean and and also very high building standard. We loved the place!!

"Wunderschöner Palast der Winde mit Meerblick"

Sehr ruhige & gepflegte Architektur - drei neue Steinhäuser umgeben von Olivenhainen - ein optischer Mix von Bauhaus und Festungsarchitektur. Alle Villen belegt aber trotzdem das Gefühl alleine zu sein. Wir waren in der dritten und somit letzten der drei Villen "Aspasia" - diese verfügt über den größten "eigenen" Außenbereich im EG mit viel Platz für Liegen (vom Pool) - einen großen Tisch für bis zu acht Personen. Die Anlage/Villa ist von Bäumen umgeben (Olive/Zitrus/Granatapfel) und bietet einen wunderbaren GRÜN-Blick über Olivenhaine zum Meer. Meerblick auch vom 1. Stock (zwei Schlafzimmer zur Terasse). Außer dem Wind ist so gut wie nichts zu hören. Das Highligt: Kein Lichtsmog: Nachts lohnt ein Blick ins Weltall mit bloßen Augen - wir sahen sogar Sternschnuppen. Der Pool ist klein aber ein schönes Goodie nach der Rückkehr von den Tagessauflügen - unbedingt die vielen Tips des Gastgebers befolgen bzw. danach fragen!

Nur zur Info: es gibt keine Geschäfte im Umkreis also unbedingt Alles mitbringen von den Tagesausflügen mit dem PKW von den grüßeren Küstenorten im Süden. Die Ausstattung zum Kochen ist leider echt mager wenn man selber kochen möchte: leider fehlt hier vieles und Improvisationtalent ist gefragt - Eine Auflaufform und ein Salatbesteck wären schön. Die Anreise ist nur mit dem PKW möglich und auch nur für geübte Fahrer.. extrem enge & steile Wege - wir haben uns im Dunkeln nicht mehr "rausgetraut" Leider war es extrem windig als wir dort waren - Tag und Nacht - wir können nicht beurteilen wir oft das so ist aber schränkte uns ein,´.

Un hébergement magique! Imaginez vous dans une citadelle médiévale fortifiée qui domine la mer et une campagne magnifique, le tout agrémenté d’une superbe piscine… Le lieu est superbe, le logement vaste et très bien équipé. La somptueuse plage de Triópetra est à 5 minutes en voiture et d’autres plages magnifiques sont accessibles en moins de 30 minutes (dont notamment Agios Pavlos). Notre séjour a été fantastique.
