Daibutsu Ryokan

Beautiful old house, welcoming hosts, clean nice bath, delicious breakfast, and they loaned us bikes

We had a wonderful and authentic stay at this ryokan. The hosts stayed true to traditional ryokan customs while being incredibly welcoming, kind, and understanding. They even learned a few words in our language and offered to take a photo of us at the end of our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely view. The shared bath and restrooms were also very clean, and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. We loved wearing the yukata, relaxing, and enjoying the delicious traditional breakfast. A really warm and memorable experience.
