The proper rooms are spacious and comfortable and cozy with dining room having Japanese style mats. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and good connectivity to two malls nearby. Good food options and there was a vegan restaurant nearby. Host was excellent and helped us when I requested for assistance.
The kitchen and dining is on a different floor and wasn’t an issue for us but you may have to check basis your need.

キッチンには鍋やフライパンが用意されていたり、洗濯乾燥機が備え付けられており快適に過ごせた。

ユニットバス。大人数で宿泊する際はトイレが自由に使えず不便。
