The location is good, everything else is a disaster, from cleanliness to staff. A place for drug addicts and alcoholics

You pay for food, you wait for them to buy croissants from the store to bring them to you, the staff is rude, don't stay here, better pay a little extra and enjoy.

I didn’t like the fact that we had 2 motorcycles that fit into 1 parking space but they insisted that we pay for 2 parking spaces @€9 per night and that the hotel seemed very tired

Good for a short stay

First impressions entering the hotel via the underground garage at the back weren't great but the room itself turned out to be fine. Comfortable bed. Bathroom facilities were a bit basic but functional. Shutters on the windows blocked out noise from the station and road outside. A short walk to the old town where there are plenty of restaurants.

Basic but good option for one night

Don’t be put off by location and outside look - it is rather decent place. Comfortable and rather quite room being across the train station. Nice, big bathroom. Helpful staff.

Garage comes at extra cost- there are no free parking places in front of the hotel. Breakfast… you will forget you had it the moment you leave the dinning room … sweet only, no meat, no cheese, no butter… not even a plate… just croissants, jam and coffee.

Good location (station) &helpful staff, but very shabby and poor cleanliness. I wouldn't stay again.

Helpful man on reception. When I discovered that there were no towels in my room, and no glass to drink water, he immediately rectified this.

Very run down and shabby building. Needs a major refurbishment. Dirty floors, cracked tiles, mould around bath sealant. Dirty toilet brush.

The room smelled like smoke, and it was not a welcoming room, just a bed a two curtains very uninviting. Got a room with a balcony but could barely sit one person on it, the room was a double so should be able to be two even though I was alone.

The location was perfect and the room was a good size and clean and fresh with a small balcony. we were on motorbikes so bike security and parking is very important and the hotel was perfect on both.

No air conditioning in rooms but although it was very hot i would still stay there again.

Spacious room, large TV for a hotel room, minibar, but most of all spectacular view from the balcony over the mountains. Just across train station , close to bus stations, cafes, really close to old center attractions. Very nice staff, we appreciate very much the early check-in.

It was clean and comfortable. They offered soap, towels and cups.

Instead of putting 2 single beds together as a king bed, it would be best to give the possibility of splitting them. It smells a little bit like humidity. The bathroom (salle de bain) door was a bit seethrough (glass) and, in the other room, there was a window between the salle de bain and the main 4 beds room.

Not a 2 star hotel

The location of this hotel is quite literally opposite the station

The hotel was not well maintained, dirty with cobwebs, decrepit parts to the building including mould in the bathroom, quite literally a large hole in the wall with a pipe for what I assume was ventilation, an old fridge that did not work. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything in the corridors outside. For the price we paid we felt very deceived.
