Sleeping in a sauna

The room was comfortable and quite clean

Blanked by the staff at checkout . Room as hot as an oven. Opening the window to cool it down just meant that the heating worked harder to get the room up to temperature again. Heating is not controlled in the room. Parking is a hefty charge if you want to use the hotel carpark. Tax de séjour was not included in the room price and was an extra charge on arrival. Reception is only open part time.

I would not come back

The room was very comfortable and had all I needed to prepare my breakfast. I slept very good

I have requested a late arrival. They confirmed but there was nobody to open the door for me. I had two pieces of luggage and had to walk up to another hotel to receive the keys, then come back again. It was very uncomfortable

Did what we needed it to for a short stay

Reception staff was really helpful explaining free weekend public parking arrangement. Saved us on paid parking. Good location to walk around town.

Old sponge left (yet again) in kitchen- Germs,Germs,Germs! The hit and miss variety of kitchen items! Lack of privacy when using the balcony. Semi-naked noisy neighbours in the adjoining spa are not what we want to experience on our holiday - it’s time for some much needed screening!

Ok but I wouldn’t stay there again

No breakfast taken.

(1) Should have been much clearer the the Logis is related to the next door Golden Tulip Hotel where you need to go for evening check-in. (2) very poor signage in the garage to reach the Logis as opposed to the hotel (3) ridiculous open shower in bathroom resulting in water all over the floor - bathroom much too small for “wet room” style shower

Enjoyable stay.

We’ve stayed here a number of times because of the location. We definitely enjoyed this stay the most because everything was as it should be in terms of room facilities and cleanliness. Staff are always welcoming. Hope to come back in September with friends.

Would have liked all fresh fruit (not tinned) in the breakfast fruit salad. Also fresh tea/coffee, not machine. Having to take the waste to the bins ourselves.

Good location.

Visibly dirty dish in the cupboard, full of grease from animal fat. Very basic mid-match of cutlery & crockery and a very well used sponge - we disposed of this but it should not have been left in the kitchen area - unpleasant!

Lobby was neat and staff was very friendly. Lots of parking options both free and paying nearby.

Room was very basic and not very well taken care of. The view from the balcony was very poor - derelict buildings opposite.

great location for walking around the town, friendly and helpful receptionists, convenient parking underneath, bike storage area, good blackout curtains, coffee maker and kitchen, comfortable bed and multiple pillows, hot water and pressure in shower

bathroom door was awkward for entering, loud noise when flushing toilets, stove light buttons were broken, small room, many doors to get from reception to garage

Kitchen equipment was very limited. Would be nice to have more modern oven not just microwave. Few more glasses and washing liquid (as there was no dishwasher) would be nice to add.

Disappointing

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

The rooms were neglected and not clean. The sink of the bathroom was blocked and the water couldn't flow. This was unacceptable, we didn't even wash our hands properly. There were full ashtray in the balcony. also rooms were very cold!!
