Very clean. Good location.
During peak hours car traffic can be quite hectic. But if you are not driving in Lisbon it is perfect, highly recommended.

Comfy bed.
One reception guy was very helpful -(curly hair!), the others could have seemed a bit more welcoming.
Poor Gluten free options as standard
Staff didn’t seem to be interested that room usb was not working.

Room
We booked 4 days , 3 nights . And for 3 nights our room was next door to the cleaning office. By 8 am there was too much noise. We could not sleep in . I understand if we booked 1 night , but 3 nights is too much. My booking was made several months ago. I thought it would have been in a better location and not next to the cleaning office supplies!!! Horrible.
Location also very busy street . Very noisy.
