Well located, free parking, good customer service
The room booked had no air conditioning, a real minus from the hotel, considering the extremely hot summer. The room was burning and actually was booked to sleep, but no sleep happened at all

We have now stayed twice and it has been great every single time. The people at reception were nice and polite. The rooms were clean and comfortable with tv, private bathroom, towels, fridge, etc. perfect for what we needed. It is close to Hounslow central tube station which helps to get in and out of London city center. Free car parking it is a bonus we will go back 100%

front desk Ramona was exceptionally helpful and very close to hounslow central station 5 mns walk also bus stop at door step
No A/C during the heatwave this was unbearable
