comfortable bed , good shower , very close to amenities , very close to public transport with bus stops either side of hotel and tube station opposite hotel
air conditioning wasn't powerful enough , very very hot outside and rooms very warm , if windows were open you had tube station next to you and outside road traffic so kept them closed to avoid outside noise

The young man on reception was most helpful when I arrived. However, it was an hour before I could check in despite it being 4pm.
The carpets were stained very badly and there were marks on the comforter. Also, it was a very hot day and the “air conditioner” was not equal to the job.
