We've loved the location and a lovely Italian restaurant nearby. In the evening we took a stroll into Richmond along the river, which was amazing.
The room 1 was very nice, spacious and airy.
The breakfast was nice and check in was very quick.
Toilet wasn't cleaned properly, mattress was not very comfortable, you could feel what it was made of..
The bunk bed was very rickety.
Coffee sachets were given to make coffee with in the morning.
As we were so close to Heathrow planes were going over every few minutes but you soon get used to them

The Swann Inn was set near a lovely green space location really excellent for getting here there and anywhere the pub itself was very nice the staff were excellent efficient and friendly as was the young lady that attended to the rooms.we made friends with some lovely regulars they made us feel so welcome which was really nice.
The property was lovely our only disappointment was the bed the mattress was maybe old you could feel almost each and every spring in the mattress so maybe it’s time to replace it luckily it was very warm when we stayed so we slept on top of the mattress if we hadn’t it would have been very uncomfortable nights sleep.

Super hot. Electric fan not rotating and very noisy. Sorry. Cups and saucer not sure when last wash. Kettle please clean every after costumer. Thank you
