This is a lovely hotel. Each morning, they serve a nice breakfast, and you can look out over the Agean while having breakfast. The photo is the view from our balcony.

We chose Erofili Beach Hotel for the second leg of our Greek island trip after seeing so many great reviews, and I’m happy to say it absolutely lived up to the praise. The hotel sits in a quiet, beautiful bay overlooking the Mediterranean — the perfect setting to unwind.
When we arrived, the weather was bad, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. We were also upgraded from a garden‑view room to an ocean‑view room, a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even better.
The staff at the hotel are truly exceptional, but I have to give a special shout‑out to the two ladies at reception. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering fantastic tips on where to go and what to see. Their warmth and hospitality made a real difference.
The village has a handful of restaurants — our favourite was Mary Mary, where we ended up eating twice. There are also some lovely spots just outside the village, though you’ll need a car to explore them comfortably.
The hotel’s pool area is lovely, and having private access to the ocean is a huge bonus. If we return to Ikaria, I wouldn’t hesitate to book Erofili Beach Hotel again. It’s peaceful, welcoming, and perfectly located — a wonderful place to stay.

The location is amazing, the staff is helpful and friendly and the facilities offer everything expected from a hotel of this caliber. Would definitely recommend it.

The main receptionist could be a bit more helpful. I felt she was a bit less communicative than what i'd want in general. The rest of the staff was really friendly. Breakfast was amazing. The location is the best you can have if you want to be close to the best beaches of the island as well as the traditional villages of Raches. The room was a bit of a let down although it had amazing view (to one of those said beaches)
