We enjoyed everything about this accommodation, in particular the location near all major attractions, the key-less entry, the size of the room itself with high ceilings, the HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) system over which guests have full control, the kitchenette, and tasteful furnishings and in particular the couch and matching throw pillows. We particularly appreciated finding this gem after a disappointing experience elsewhere.
Staff were friendly, but the personal greeting process did not feel like it added value and could probably be streamlined. In addition, all efforts should be made to avoid providing guests with entry codes to accommodation that is already occupied by other guests, which happened to us when two confused ladies tried to enter our room at 22h00. Lastly, maintenance should probably check the seals around all windows because street noise did enter the room despite all windows being closed.

The location is great. The double bed was very very comfortable. The pillows are excellent. The shower is also very good. Towels were very good also.
The photos are a little misleading and I should’ve paid more attention to the square meterage. It is very small for three people. The upstairs mezzanine bedroom has a ridiculously low roof which made it uncomfortable getting out of bed in the night. It’s about 4 feet high. The lighting is very poor especially upstairs and very little natural light also. There was no television in the main room and The guy said it had gone for repair. But there is a television in the photo of the room. There was one in the bedroom but it was just not comfortable for three of us to watch it perched on the end of the bed once the sofa bed is out downstairs, there is hardly any room to move.. we were originally coming as just a couple than my 28-year-old son joined us and we had to pay an extra €15 a night for him which I think was not worth it as the sofa bed was not comfortable and squeaked loudly every time he moved. If there was a television downstairs and more lighting and there were just two of you, it would be okay to stay here. I think we deserve a partial refund to be fair.

Location is good. Very close to the train station.
The bed room is on the attic. The roof is too low and almost for sure you will bump you head on it.
