The service from the hotel manager was exceptional. His recommendations for places to visit for food and for views and general tourist attractions was spot on. Honestly cannot thank him enough for making our days in Porto so brilliant. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is bountiful and delicious. The restaurant food is fantastic and we enjoyed a wonderful meal with beautiful wine on our 2nd night at the accommodation. Highly recommend. The parking is so close and reasonable. Will definitely be back

The property is very well located, modern, clean, and beautifully renovated. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional, always willing to help. It was a very pleasant place to stay and I appreciated the overall atmosphere.
The main drawback was the noise. I could clearly hear guests walking upstairs, people in the neighboring rooms, and anyone using the stairs. The sound insulation could definitely be improved. Also, there is no elevator, as it is an old building, although it has been renovated very nicely. This is something future guests should keep in mind.

We loved the central yet quiet location. We loved meeting Carla and her hospitality. We loved the attached restaurant and wine bar. Both were delicious and creative with their offerings!

The staff was so kind and helpful. They greeted us with coffee and pastries and sent us a lot of useful information on what to do. The location was great for tourists.
The beds were stuff but that was also every bed we slept on in Portugal!
