A wonderful stay in a wonderful village, just 15 mins from the city by bus...Perfect!
Had a really great stay in Bretzenheim. Easy to get to with a bus that terminates outside the house. Usually on the tram line, but that's being upgraded. The village is just perfect, but you're 15 mins from downtown and an easy walk to the University. The house is clean and has everything you need. Comfortable for 4 couples and some extras...Jurgen was very responsive and would definitely stay again if I come back for a visit. Top marks!!

Perfect place for visiting Mainz
Lovely home, full of light and plenty of space, in a cute neighborhood. Awesome location! Very close to a coffee shop and grocery store, and just down the street from a tram line making it easy to see the rest of the city. The host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Very spacious and good/quiet location. Strongly recommend to stay
Location was 10 mins from downtown Mainz by tram. Easy to reach the host and quick reply. The house was very big and comfortable for seven of us. Grocery store and bakery were near by.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ferienhaus Mainz.
It was an amazing house in a quiet neighborhood within a walkable distance from the center. The host was very nice and helpful. We had some electricity issue and the host arrived shortly to help; he could not do it himself, but the very next day he came back with the electrician and fixed our problem. The kitchen was very convenient and modern, which was important given current COVID-19 condition and related restrictions on eating outside.
It would have been nice to include bath utilities in the price, such as shampoo and shower gel.
