Great stay in a lovely hotel

This was such a lovely hotel in a great quiet location next to the lake, and only a short walk to the centre of Molveno. The owners and staff were all very frendly and helpful and even let us store our inflatable paddle board in the bike storage garage which was very nice of them. The breakfast was also verv nice with a good selection to choose from. Will definitely keep this hotel on our list to return.

The location was very good with a view straight to the lake.

The room was very small like an attic and has a weird smell (not a good weird) Also we were told the breakfast is untill 10 AM but when we got on 9:30 almost all the machine were off and we were told that breakfast is almost over and that is the reason. I won't come back to this hotel..

Best hotel! don’t think twice!

Amazing hotel! we received a room with a magnificent view to the lake!! the room was very clean and specious enough (couple with a baby), there is an optional for a great dinner at the hotel, so it was very convenient to us, and the view from the breakfast is terrific!

Amazing lake view, big breakfast, polite staff, big room with everything that you need, free parking, quiet, outside pool(cold now..), private beach...

The room got cold in the night and our child got sick after two nights. The room could have been a bit more clean, because there was some dust and spiders. After showering the water got stuck in the drainage. Bed a bit too hard for my like.

Della struttura ho apprezzato tantissime cose, l’accoglienza, la struttura molto bella, soprattutto per il fatto che sia davanti al lago e che dalla sala colazioni si veda il bellissimo tramonto. Le camere sono accoglienti e ho apprezzato il fatto che essendoci possibilità ci abbiano offerto la camera vista lago.

Se devo proprio essere pignola ci sono delle piccole accortezze che migliorerei, come ad esempio mettere l’acqua a disposizione in camera; cercare di insosnorizzare le camere, purtroppo si sente tutto sia quando altri ospiti nella camera di fianco parlano sia quando utilizzano il bagno…anche la doccia sulla vasca sarebbe opportuno mettere una tenda o qualcosa che eviti di far fuoriuscire l’acqua ed evitare di scivolare. Oppure mettere a disposizione un bollitore in camera. Sono piccole cose che fanno tanta differenza.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist der Hammer. Das Hotel selber und der Hotelgarten sind außergewöhnlich. Tolles Personal, Service und Frühstück sehr gut. Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht dort, da wir so viel positives über den Molvenosee gelesen hatten. Dieser ist wirklich einer der schönsten Seen in Italien. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Soggiorno molto piacevole in un hotel con vista spettacolare sul lago

La vista sul Lago di Molveno dalla camera e dalla terrazza della colazione è semplicemente incredibile: svegliarsi con il lago illuminato all’alba è un’esperienza da cartolina. La colazione all’aperto affacciata sul lago è impareggiabile: ogni mattina rimane un momento speciale da ricordare. Il buffet è buono, ricco e di qualità. La posizione è ideale: tranquilla e immersa nella natura, pur essendo a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro del paesino di Molveno e della passeggiata lungo il lago. Un vero angolo di relax. L’hotel è immerso nel verde, ha dei bellissimi giardini con accesso diretto alla piscina esterna. Eccellente il servizio lavanderia: abbiamo lasciato la busta con i vestiti sporchi in reception al mattino e al rientro nel pomeriggio li abbiamo trovati già lavati, stirati e piegati ordinatamente sul letto. Un servizio rapido e davvero impeccabile. Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli.

A parte gli addetti alla Reception, sempre gentilissimi e disponibili, il resto del personale ci è sembrato un po’ freddo: raramente un sorriso e in alcuni casi l’impressione che lavorassero senza particolare entusiasmo. Il bar aperto fino alle 23:00 dovrebbe sempre avere un addetto fisso dietro al bancone e pronto a servire subito i clienti, piuttosto che lasciare un campanello da premere e aspettare che arrivi qualcuno per ordinare qualcosa. Il servizio delle pulizie faceva fin troppo rumore la mattina presto, quando cominciava a pulire le camere libere.

Schönes altgedientes Hotel

Der rote Komplex ist sehr schön, die Bar (wobei ein Averna Sour konnte nur mit eigener Hilfe zubereitet werden 😉) und das Frühstück waren sehr gut, der Blick auf den Molvenosee war schön, die Fahrräder konnten in einer eigenen Garage untergebracht werden

Die Zimmer im "weißen" Komplex sind alt, das Hotel ist etwas abseits von Molveno, leider hatten wir die 2 Tage Wolken und immer wieder Regen, aber dafür kann niemand was

Nelle stanze qualche piccola attenzione in più, un posacenere all’esterno, delle ciabattine in stanza, almeno una bottiglietta d’acqua in stanza. Piccole accortezze che migliorano di tanto l’esperienza.
