We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have been happier with this apartment. Everything was excellent. The location is perfect, the apartment is comfortable, spotless, and very well maintained. The sea view is gorgeous and the terrace is the perfect place to relax. The windows are excellent—they block outside noise very effectively and also keep the apartment cool, even on hot days. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and the bed linens and towels were of excellent quality. They provided us with parking pass to parking in the surrounding, what was a really nice surprise. Monopoli was our base for 5 days. From there we explored also Pogliano a Mare, Ostuni e Alberobello. We honestly have nothing negative to say. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Monopoli was absolutely outstanding and exceeded every expectation. The accommodation offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and a truly welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home instantly. Everything was flawless. The cleanliness is exceptional – truly spotless and maintained to perfection. The apartment is fully equipped with absolutely everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A special highlight is Tereza, an incredible host – warm, attentive, and always available whenever needed. Her kindness and care made a huge difference and added a personal touch to the entire experience. The accommodation is so good that it makes your stay in Monopoli even more special – so much so that you don’t want to leave. You simply find yourself wanting to come back again and again.

Absolutely nothing – everything was thoughtfully arranged and truly exceeded expectations. The only thing worth mentioning is that there are very steep and narrow stairs, which might not be suitable for older guests or people with mobility difficulties. Other than that – everything is a perfect 10.

I realised it was quite expensive for a solo traveller. So I would only return with a family. I found another property near by that was better priced. Maybe just a blanket would have been handy.
