Amazing apartment in the old town close to everything but also very quiet. The terrace is the perfect place to relax. Well equipped.kitchen .and washing machine.

There are what initially seem a lot of stairs in the apartment but you soon get used to them and become better at remembering what to take up the stairs to the roof terrace

Location, rooftop deck, character. Quiet overnight and away from bustle of the old town. Luggage drop off easy. Bed comfy. Air con good. Decor attractive.

Stairs are very steep and carrying 20kg suitcase up 2 flights requires care and strength. Kitchen and fridge are tiny and no dishwasher. Minimal provision made in relation to toiletries, no starter pack, no dish cloths, no ice tray, 3 sun brollies none of which fit the only stand. Rooftop is adjacent to several others with some overlooking. Free parking is 15 minute walk away. Suggest this is most suitable for 2 persons rather than 4.

Nichts

The roof terrace and its cooker were really nice, much nicer than the kitchen. Fridge at the top would have been useful because you had to go up and down two flights of stairs to the kitchen to get drinks and food. We cooked on the roof terrace. The view from the terrace also good. The table and chairs on the terrace have seen better days, but otherwise this was the best bit of the property. The location down by the port was good too.

The shower room was not clean and old and grubby. The ventilator in the shower room made a horrible smell when switched on so it couldn’t be used. Toilet seat needs replacing. Kitchen facilities were lacking, tiny fridge, no cupboard space. The living room had a big stain on a wall near to the ceiling. The table was repaired by screws that came through to the surface and not flush with the top, not a good look. The bedroom was lacking too, no headboard and mattress on a wooden box. Mattress good though. There was repeat messaging about the bins and how we would lose some of our deposit if they weren’t happy with what we left. The stairs are quite steep and tiring after a day of walking! The photos on booking.com make the property look much nicer and more spacious.
