Sehr entgegenkommender Gastgeber: Wir waren wetterbedingt deutlich zu früh da, das war kein Problem. Die Unterkunft war bereits vorgeheizt. Gut geeignet für kleine Familien, da es einen separaten Schlafraum für Kinder gibt. Zusätzlich mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Lage leicht ausserhalb, aber zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die Strasse in der Nähe ist nachts ruhig.

No breakfast or coffee but complimentary bottle of sparkling and commentary bottles of 1/2 litre water bottles. We loved the building and the high standard of renovation of the flat including an exquisite ceiling and sophisticated roof. We loved the complimentary bottle of wine. We loved the cleanliness and the bedding. The bathroom was very new and considering the space had everything it needed. We loved that the place was next to a very child friendly restaurant. We loved that the property was close to the city centre and close to walking tracks. We loved the parking d Facility right outside the house.

We didn't like that the property didn't have an inexpensive coffee machine or cooker. We didn't like that the place didn't have proper heating (except for one mobile semi working radiator) and we didn't like that the place didn't have WiFi. We didn't like that the property was right in a very busy main road into laterza.
