Villetta Diana

Villa is very nice, spacious and very well equipped. We had everything there, including such things like salt, sugar, coffee, dishwasher tablets and so on. You can enjoy a beautiful sea view from the villa Beach was very clean and nice. Owners are very welcoming. Restaurants and food shops are all walking distance from villa. Opatija city center is a bit further and would require around 25-30 min walk

Villa is only 5 minutes walk from the beach, but it wasn't mentioned anywhere that it is 5 minutes downhill (partly on road without pedestrian path) or with stairs. I think it is everywhere in Opatija like this, but I would prefer to know it in advance. A metal line that we used to dry our clothes outside was roasted and left marks on our clothes. We needed to pay in cash for all stay and it wasn't mentioned on booking.com that we need to prepare cash. Fortunately it was ATM nearby that worked for us

The host was very friendly and nice, apartment was wonderful. There was everything that you need with a very beautiful view of the whole bay.

Everything was perfect, location was great, host was very nice - kitchen was very well equipped. There is also a lovely massage chair and cute little turtle garden.

Our trip got really expensive as the parking is in very difficult spot - if you have expensive or very low car - or a car that you don't wanna demolish just yet, I wouldn't recommend this accommodation. My partner is very experienced driver with many years of driving also as a job and he still didn't manage to drive there without problem. We got few huge scratches on our car that will cost us around 3 to 4 times the price of our stay. Even though we loved and enjoyed our stay so much, the expected costs of repairs just set a dark cloud over our heads.
