Ubicación cercana al mar, en la zona baja de Opatija, rodeada de bastantes restaurantes. La dueña, muy agradable y que regenta el bar contiguo al apartamento, habla español y además nos facilitó el aparcamiento en una zona donde es literalmente imposible aparcar si no dispones de una plaza.
Recomiendo pedir a la dueña la ubicación porque el GPS se vuelve loco en esta zona de Opatija

Vieta puiki. Automobilis stovėjo už 1 m nuo durų. Iki jūros vos keliolika metrų. Naktį tylu. Dieną yra šiek tiek triukšmo dėl pro šalį einančių žmonių ir pravažiuojančių automobilių, bet kadangi tai gatvės pabaiga ir greitis minimalus, tai jų beveik nesigirdi. Apartamentai įrengti labai skoningai, su menininko gyslele. Viskas yra ko reikia normaliam gyvenimui, viskas veikia be priekaištų. Iš karto už namo laiptai į viršutinę miesto dalį, kur yra mažos parduotuvėlės, bei šiaip įdomios architektūros statinių. Šalia apartamentų už keliasdešimt metrų įsikūrę keli restoranai ir kavinės.
