W sumie to nic w nim szczególnego nie było. Opis miejsca napisany na wyrost
Apartament aspiruje do bycia luksusowym a tu potencjał został zmarnowany. Ten w którym byliśmy, był tak jakby zaniedbany, zrobiony tak, żeby jak najwięcej wycisnąć zysku, niekoniecznie inwestując. Klamka od łazienki wyrwana, przykręcona na wkręty widać już była próba naprawy… kanapa narożnik zarwana, telewizor zawieszony byle jak z plątanina kabli na ścianie. Zimno, małe grzejniczki, żeby się dogrzać dołożona niedziałająca farelka i najtańszy grzejnik na prąd. Na dolnym poziomie aż trzy wielkie szafy i na antresoli ogromna garderoba- moim zdaniem szkoda tego miejsca. Jako atut wyposażenia „kominek”, nie da się z niego skorzystać bo to kominek na biopaliwo ale „wysuszony” i nie ma czego tam dolać.
