Bardzo dobra lokalizacja z możliwością zaparkowania samochodu na pobliskim parkingu miejskim, bezpłatnie z kartą postojową, którą można otrzymać od personelu pensjonatu. Pokój bardzo duży, przestronny, czysto. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, duży wybór różnych produktów.

Bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone, duży wybór jedno z lepszych jakie spożywałem.

Śniadania bardzo dobre, duży wybór i smaczne. Jedliśmy też obiady ryba przepyszna zarówno łosoś jak i pstrąg. Dania regionalne też nam smakowały. Miała obsługa w restauracji. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany i wymieniane ręczniki. W pokoju dostępne były szlafroki do strefy spa. Strefa spa czynna tylko do 22:00, a w lecie to zbyt krótko, restauracja też była czynna tylko do 20:00.
W recepcji nie potrafili nic powiedzieć na temat aktualnych atrakcji i wydarzeń w mieście, tłumacząc się że nie są tutejsi. co prawda były ulotki o atrakcjach ale nikt nic nie potrafił o tym powiedzieć.
