About this house rental
The family farmhouse is 2 km from the beach in the middle of 4 hectares of wooded meadows at the foot of the vineyards of the hill of La Colle Noire in Pradet.
The house of 200 m2 can accommodate 12 people easily and is perfect for a large family, two friendly families, grandparents who want to gather their grandchildren ... etc.
There are 4 real rooms and a mezzanine with 4 beds.
It was renovated in 2014 and we decided to keep the charm of the old for this Provencal farmhouse of vine, which still has its press and its grape vat.
The shady ground is still slightly windy, quiet, it also enjoys the proximity (1km) of good numbers of shops Ribeirou Bakery, Lidl, Carrefour contact, press tobacco, Picard. The beaches are 10 minutes by car or 40 minutes on foot.
